Overview:

When the fluid flows in the forward direction, the pressure of the fluid acts on the flaps, causing them to tilt backwards and open the channel so that the fluid can pass freely. When the fluid tries to flow in the reverse direction, pressure will act on the other side of the flap, causing it to quickly close the channel and prevent the fluid from flowing back. This design enables the flap check valve to have fast response and reliable sealing performance.
